8+years working in agile culture with 5 years of relevant experience working as a lead Product Owner for a program preferably in banking domain

Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times

Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment
