Accounting and Finance - Head of FP&A

ResMed seeks a strategic Director of Corporate Functions FP&A to lead the SG&A Center of Excellence and partner with senior technology leaders on enterprise investment decisions. This role combines financial expertise, team leadership, and business partnership to enhance spending visibility and support long-term value creation across the organization.

Partner with senior technology leaders on investment planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial decisions
Consolidate and analyze spending across functions, business units, and cost centers
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while driving performance management improvements
Bachelor's degree
Strong FP&A leadership experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership
Experience managing budgets and investments with senior business or functional leaders
Track record developing and managing finance professionals, including managers and analysts
Experience with SG&A planning, reporting, or enterprise-spend management
Knowledge of capitalization concepts and technology organization finance
Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
