ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and AI Control Tower.
- Hands-on experience in AI Governance, AI Risk & Compliance, and AI Asset Management.
- Experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Agent Studio, and Generative AI.
- Configure AI lifecycle management, governance workflows, policies, assessments, and dashboards.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Knowledge of AI security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Primary Skills: ServiceNow AI Control Tower, AI Governance, Now Assist, AI Risk & Compliance, AI Agents, ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
