10+ years overall experience with strong hands-on Adobe Target + AEP + CJA + Adobe Web SDK/Data Collection, with expertise in personalization, A/B testing, audience management, and JavaScript.

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Real-Time Customer Profile
• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Adobe Launch / Data Collection
• Adobe Web SDK
• Audience Management & Identity Services
• JavaScript
• Digital Analytics / Customer Data Platforms
• 5+ years hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud experience
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end personalization solutions
• Strong communication with business, marketing, analytics, and technical teams

What They Will Do

• Build and manage personalization and A/B testing using Adobe Target
• Create customer audiences and profiles in AEP
• Implement Adobe Web SDK and Data Collection
• Use CJA to understand customer behavior and identify personalization opportunities
• Design customer journeys and personalization strategies
• Troubleshoot Adobe implementation and data issues
• Work with business and technical teams to turn requirements into Adobe solutions
• Measure and optimize personalization results
