Analyst - Clinical Applications

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

This position is for a Clinical Applications Analyst. The role involves the support, implementation, and maintenance of complex clinical application systems, including EMR/EHR systems. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring systems are tested, and providing support to end users. This role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver reliable application solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, implement, upgrade, and maintain complex application systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective problem resolution.
  • Ensure systems are thoroughly tested before production deployment.
  • Document system processes, procedures, and future-state enhancements.
  • Train and support end users on application functionality and capabilities.
  • Assist with system analysis, design, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver reliable application solutions.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience with system implementations and upgrades is required. Candidates should have a background in clinical application or EMR/EHR support.

Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are necessary for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Clinical Applications and EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
  • Rehabilitation healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Excellent documentation and end-user training abilities are considered advantageous.
