SALESFORCE SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Mandatory Requirement: Recent healthcare payer experience
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, preferably in healthcare payer environments.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with payer systems such as Facets and data platforms such as Snowflake.
Strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes, including claims, enrollment, eligibility, provider data, and appeals/grievances.
Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, and secure-by-design architecture.
Preferred experience with MuleSoft, Azure, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Architect certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
