Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IoT Architect with expertise in Manufacturing, Industrial IoT (IIoT), OT/IT Systems Integration, Machine Reliability, and Predictive Maintenance. The ideal candidate will design scalable IoT solutions that integrate industrial equipment, sensor data, cloud platforms, analytics, and enterprise applications to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IoT/IIoT solution architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments.

• Integrate operational technology (OT), IT systems, industrial equipment, sensors, and enterprise applications.

• Develop solutions for predictive maintenance, machine health monitoring, and equipment reliability.

• Integrate equipment telemetry, including temperature, vibration, operating conditions, and machine cycle times.

• Support AI/ML-driven predictive analytics, equipment monitoring, and maintenance notifications.

• Define architecture designs, integration patterns, process flows, and technical documentation.

• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements to system stability, performance, and scalability.

• Provide hands-on technical configuration, application development, and integration support.

• Mentor client project teams and provide knowledge transfer.

• Recommend industry best practices and alternative technical solutions.

• PMP or Agile project management certifications.

• Experience deploying enterprise predictive-maintenance solutions integrating equipment sensors, machine learning models, mobile applications, notifications, and enterprise systems.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Greensboro, NC, for the assignment.
