Brightway Insurance, The Roth Agency in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a driven and motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.

About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll build and manage a book of business by selling personal and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
Build relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Present and sell insurance products from multiple carriers
Cross-sell and upsell to maximize policy retention and account growth
Provide ongoing service and support to maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What We're Looking For
Licensed P&C sales agent with some sales experience strongly preferred
Non-licensed candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply
Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field
Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Must be able to work in-office in Cape Coral, FL
