We are looking to add to our sales team! A Mitchell Selig Ford Sales Consultant or Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class experience aligned with the standards of the Ford Motor Company brand. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Automotive Sales Consultant:
• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Negotiate pricing and close sales
• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Respond promptly to online leads, inquiries, and digital showroom requests
• Manage CRM follow-up processes via phone, email, and text
• Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying process
• Achieve internet sales and appointment conversion targets

Qualifications
Will train the right candidate, however experience does help
Computer, typing and Internet Skills
Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
Strong desire to succeed and learn the Automotive Industry
