Help Desk Program Manager (6368) with Security Clearance

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experiencedHelp Desk Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Contract Governance: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), or MMAC PM to resolve contract-related issues.
• Deliverables Management: Ensure all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports and other deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
• Operational Staffing: Maintain appropriate staffing levels in accordance with technical requirements, ensuring any personnel vacancies are filled within specified timeframes.
• Government Collaboration: Attend mandatory meetings pertaining to contract performance as required by the CO.
• Availability: Remain available during core business hours (9:30 am - 2:30 pm CT, business days) and be prepared to meet with designated Government personnel within three (3) business days of a request.
• Leadership Continuity: Designate an acting PM during any periods of absence and provide adequate, timely notification to the CO and COR.

Position Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Coursework: Successful completion of at least 24 hours of college-level management or business courses.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of project management or managerial experience in either private industry or the Government.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Government logistics operations.
• Proven Track Record: Highly experienced in managing projects of the scale, magnitude, and complexity of this contract.
• Core Competencies: Possess exceptional management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Must be fully able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Compliance Status: Recognized as Key Personnel under AMS 3.8.2-17 regulations.
