Sr. Java Developer

Introduction

This position is for a Sr. Java Developer to join the Consumer Entity / AP Tech team working on the Project Phoenix new phase. The project involves building a business application/process engine with a primary focus on Java-based backend development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the backend development of the business application/process engine
• Work in an existing enterprise ecosystem and quickly become productive
• Collaborate with the team on technical discussions and code reviews

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong Core Java skills
• Experience in Java backend development
• Proficiency in Spring Boot / Spring Framework
• Working knowledge of AWS

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Gemini
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture
• Experience with business application/process engine development
