Executive Assistant / Administrative & Marketing Coordinator
Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year
Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In Office | 2 Days Remote

We are seeking a versatile and organized
Executive Assistant / Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative needs while also contributing to social media and marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage administrative responsibilities, communicate professionally, stay organized, and bring creativity and initiative to marketing and social media.

Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support
Manage scheduling, communications, correspondence, and day-to-day office needs
Assist with reception and front-office responsibilities
Help keep administrative tasks, documents, and information organized
Support social media activities and maintain a consistent online presence
Assist with marketing initiatives, content, and promotional activities
Coordinate administrative and marketing projects as needed
Represent the organization in a professional and personable manner
Assist with other responsibilities that support the team and business
Requirements
2+ years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience
2+ years of social media and marketing experience
Knowledge and understanding of the sport of golf
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
$50,000–$75,000 per year
, depending on experience
Hybrid schedule:
3 days in office and 2 days remote
