The Role • Develop long-term advertising relationships by understanding client needs and presenting compelling solutions. • Meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory. • Target new businesses and service existing clients to grow market share. • Utilize professional sales techniques and market knowledge to secure advertising agreements. • Collaborate with the sales team and actively participate in industry events and training. • Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and present advertising opportunities to clients. What You'll Need • Proven ability to make cold calls and in-person sales presentations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. • Excellent time management and self-organization skills. • A proactive approach to learning new technology and sales systems. • Resilience and a motivated attitude to overcome sales challenges. • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. • Preferred: College degree, previous outdoor advertising sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM experience.
