Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BSA to lead enterprise-level systems and data analysis initiatives, driving digital transformation and organizational change.

Key Highlights

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Central Indiana residents only)
Work Arrangement: Onsite with remote flexibility upon request (37.5 hours/week, EST)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (1st Round via Teams, 2nd Round In-Person)

Core Responsibilities

Translate complex business and data problems into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to manage expectations and drive consensus.
Partner closely with IT project managers, data governance, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.
Facilitate discovery workshops and guide teams through organizational change management and workflow shifts.

Key Skills Required

Must-Have Experience (5+ Years):

Business Analysis & Consulting: Eliciting requirements, problem-solving, and process improvement in technology or government sectors.
Stakeholder Management: Building cross-functional partnerships and navigating complex business conversations.
Requirements & User Stories: Documenting actionable business requirements and agile user stories.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication across leadership, technical, and non-technical teams.
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred / Highly Desired Skills:

Salesforce: Experience documenting requirements and supporting processes in a Salesforce environment (Salesforce Certified BA is a major plus!).
Agile & Delivery Tools: Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of SDLC principles.
