Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Innovation Specialist to lead enterprise AI strategy and drive business-focused AI transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in AI innovation, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement who can identify high-value AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, and accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise AI innovation strategies.
• Assess organizational readiness and promote AI adoption across business units.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, operating models, success metrics, and best practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define AI implementation strategies.
• Develop and manage AI innovation roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management and AI awareness programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support AI lifecycle activities, including data preparation, validation, deployment, and user adoption.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Measure business outcomes and continuously improve AI initiatives using performance metrics.
• Promote knowledge sharing and sustainable AI adoption practices across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise AI innovation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in AI strategy, innovation management, and organizational change management.
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks, operating models, and success metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
