O&M Analyst

Job Title: O&M Analyst

Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Experience: 8+ years in IT with strong operations and data analysis background

Required Skills

• Strong Oracle/SQL query proficiency for data analysis and backend validation
• Experience with REST, SOAP Web Services, XML, and data exchange mechanisms
• Experience with APM and log management tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar)
• Foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows Server environments
• Experience with web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat, or WebLogic)
• File exchange protocols including SFTP
• Web service testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Ticket tracking via Jira or similar platforms
• Strong health insurance/Medicaid business knowledge
