Your Impact
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and systems to meet safety, business, and product goals
  • Apply manufacturing principles to drive equipment and process improvements
  • Participate in developing, standardising, and documenting manufacturing standards and working methods
  • Collaborate on specific project assignments with both internal and external resources
  • Interpret engineering drawings to help design and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Support proactive health, safety, and ergonomic standards to ensure a safe working environment
  • Pursue continuous improvement and waste reduction to enhance quality and reduce process costs
  • Select and help procure capital equipment and workpiece holding devices (tooling and fixtures) to support manufacturing requirements
  • Engage in problem-solving activities to support robust and risk-free operations

You'll Bring
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge or experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and solve problems methodically
  • Commitment to health, safety, ergonomic excellence, and driving improvement

Other Information
  • Standard daytime office hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm), potentially supporting early and late shifts in the future.
