Job Title: Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• 6+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC) Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of Claims, FNOL, claim handling, and the complete claims lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and user stories.
• Understanding of ClaimCenter integrations, policy administration systems, and third-party/vendor integrations.
• Knowledge of impacts across Claims, Policy, Billing, and downstream systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable ClaimCenter solutions.
• Analyze integration dependencies and system impacts.
• Support claims transformation initiatives and ensure business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
