Business Analyst with UiPath, Healthcare, Epic Experience

Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 3+Month Contract (Possible Extension/Full-Time Conversion)

Key Requirements

• Experience with Epic EHR workflows (Registration, Scheduling, Clinical Documentation, HIM, Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy).
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Provider Operations and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, PDDs, Use Cases, and AS-IS/TO-BE Process Maps.
• Knowledge of UiPath RPA concepts, including Orchestrator and Attended/Unattended Bots.
• Experience conducting Process Discovery Workshops and identifying automation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and PHI compliance requirements.
• Experience with UAT, Test Planning, Go-Live Support, and Validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions and identify high-value automation opportunities within Epic workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for UiPath automation.
• Create BRDs, PDDs, process maps, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, and compliance teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with healthcare regulations and security standards.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the automation development team.
