Executive Officer

One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks an experienced Executive Officer to lead the HQ Services program supporting a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The Executive Officer will serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award.

Executive Officer Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership and authorized interface with the CO, COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee the entire HQ Services program.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align program objectives with the customer’s mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide program leadership with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.

Executive Officer Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) specific years of experience as a Program Manager with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
• Master’s degree in a related field or twelve (12) years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Must possess a Secret personnel security clearance.
• Must be able to support primarily onsite performance in Washington, DC.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000–$135,000 annually. This range is preliminary and provided for planning purposes only. Final compensation is contingent upon contract award, approved labor rates, position requirements, candidate qualifications and experience, and other applicable factors.
