Proposal Coordinator

Newcastle upon Tyne | Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £40,000

I’m working with a well-established architecture and design practice in Newcastle who are looking to appoint a Proposal Coordinator to support their continued growth.

This is a dedicated proposals role, working closely with senior leadership and technical teams to coordinate high-quality bids, tenders and framework submissions across a range of sectors.

The role will include:

• Coordinating proposals from initial opportunity through to final submission
• Managing deadlines, actions and input from multiple contributors
• Gathering project information, CVs, case studies and technical content
• Editing, proofreading and refining written responses
• Producing polished submissions using Adobe InDesign
• Maintaining proposal templates, project information and bid resources
• Supporting presentations and other material linked to client pursuits

They’re looking for someone with previous experience in bids, proposals or tender coordination, with strong organisation, writing and attention to detail.

Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, property or professional services would be particularly relevant, alongside a good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
