Job description
COMPANY BACKGROUND
Our client is a technology-driven financial services company offering banking, lending, and investment solutions to personal, business, and institutional clients nationwide. Through its fiduciary banking division, the company partners with fiduciary, insolvency, trust, and advisory professionals, including bankruptcy trustees, receivers, and estate administrators, to deliver tailored banking and treasury management solutions for complex, court-supervised, and fiduciary matters. The bank's parent holding company is publicly traded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Fiduciary Banking Sales Officer will drive new business development within the fiduciary banking space, building and deepening relationships with bankruptcy trustees, receivers, assignees, court-appointed fiduciaries, and the law firms and professional associations that serve them. This person will represent the company's fiduciary banking platform in the market, identify and close new deposit and treasury management relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to fiduciary professionals navigating complex account and reporting needs.
- Originate and close new fiduciary banking relationships (bankruptcy, receivership, trust, estate, and probate accounts).
- Build and maintain a network across the fiduciary, legal, and insolvency professional communities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, bar association events, and professional association meetings.
- Partner closely with treasury management, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed new business production goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in fiduciary banking, trust banking, or treasury management sales, ideally with exposure to bankruptcy, receivership, or court-supervised accounts.
- Established relationships within the fiduciary, insolvency, or legal professional community.
- Strong business development track record with a demonstrated ability to source and close new relationships independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills; comfortable representing the firm externally.
- Self-starter capable of operating with autonomy in a remote/distributed environment.
