About the Job- We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, ERP implementations along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, business analysis, or enterprise application delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, preferably PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial close.
• Experience translating finance requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and delivering enhancements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience coordinating functional and technical teams, testing, releases, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, reconciliations, and enterprise reporting.
