The Role

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex corporate positions, including strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, fostering their development and success.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive top talent.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in comprehensive recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven success in handling complex recruitment assignments.
