Software Engineer (0-2 yrs) with Security Clearance

This team is seeking a Software Engineer responsible for developing ground and flight software for missions to the Moon and beyond. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Able to write and debug basic C++ and Python code. * Learning to write code that is modular and testable. * Limited familiarity with industry tools and best practices. * Familiar with concepts of unit and regression testing. * Understands the importance of communicating when estimates are at risk. * Strong willingness to learn industry-specific tools, li braries, and operating systems. * Able to run unit and regression tests on new or modified code. Preferred Skills * Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. Education && Experience: * B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional work experience required. Eligibility requirements: * Ability to work in the Westminster, CO office 3-5 days/week * Applicants must be a US Person (citizen or Green Card Holder/permanent resident, or protected individual) * Highly desired to be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance * This role requires access to U.S. export-contr olled information.
