The Role

• Deliver expert roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of vehicle issues, from minor fixes to complex fault diagnosis.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Operate as a mobile technician, starting and ending your day from home.
• Undertake on-site diagnostic and repair work across a designated area.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs.
• A strong customer-focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
