Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Administrator, Service Administrator or Warranty Administrator looking to move into a predominantly administrative role?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run independent main dealer in the Aylesbury area, who are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive administration experience who takes pride in delivering a professional and seamless customer experience.

The Role

As an Automotive Sales Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the dealership's administration and accounts functions, while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the administration department with daily tasks

• Providing administrative support to the Accountant and Accounts team

• Preparing and processing invoices

• Carrying out sales administration duties

• Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate team member

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently

• Providing a professional, friendly and welcoming experience for customers

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous automotive administration experience Sales Admin, Service Admin or Service Advisor experience would be ideal

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy dealership environment

• A professional, well-presented and approachable manner

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

Most importantly, you'll take pride in getting the details right and ensuring every customer receives a professional, smooth and memorable experience.
