We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) API & AI Management to lead strategic programs focused on API ecosystems, AI platform enablement, GenAI initiatives, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex technology programs, define roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of API and AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of API and AI/GenAI programs across multiple business units.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data Science, Security, and Business teams.
• Drive API lifecycle management including design, governance, security, versioning, and adoption.
• Manage AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment.
• Oversee integration programs involving enterprise applications, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and executive-level communication.
• Monitor delivery schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for APIs and AI solutions.
• Drive Agile execution, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Technical Program Management for large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep understanding of API Management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, or AWS API Gateway.
• Experience managing AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of API architecture, microservices, REST, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with data governance, AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Understanding of MLOps, AI model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
• Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Lake architectures.
• Knowledge of API monetization, developer portals, and API governance frameworks.
