The Role

  • Oversee the daily operational management and front-end sales activities of a branch.
  • Supervise branch associates, including hiring, performance management, and development.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, including account opening, information provision, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures, training staff on updates.
  • Drive business development initiatives to support branch growth.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, making autonomous decisions where appropriate.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of five years of banking experience, with prior supervisory experience required.
  • Strong sales management skills, with a focus on coaching and cross-selling.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, and regulations.
