Demand Planner

Job Title: Demand Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented planning professional to support end-to-end merchandise planning and help ensure consumer demand is met while maintaining a healthy pull market. Our team is looking for someone who can build bottom-up plans, analyze performance, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive informed decisions and strong marketplace results.

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end bottom-up merchandise plans that support consumer demand and marketplace performance.
• Develop product depth, flow, and SKU efficiency to strengthen assortment planning outcomes.
• Create bottom-up forecasts and perform weekly sales analysis to identify risk and opportunity.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sales planning, marketplace teams, and retail partners to support pre-season, in-season, and post-season planning conversations.

Required:

• 4+ years of retail planning experience in a vertical retail or wholesale environment.
• Merchandise planning experience is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail math is required.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management experience is required.
• Ability to work effectively across a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to speak up when needed and contribute cross-functionally.
