• Drive analytics initiatives across supply planning, forecasting, inventory, and operational planning.

• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve business decision-making.

• Work with large datasets to identify supply-demand gaps, inventory risks, trends, and optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance Databricks data pipelines and analytics workflows.

• Build and maintain planning KPIs, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

• Partner with supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.

• Proven experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

• Hands-on Databricks (DBX) experience.

• Advanced SQL and strong data analysis capabilities.

• Practical experience using AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions for analytics.

• Experience working with Data Engineering teams on data pipelines and analytical data solutions.

Good to Have

• Python, PySpark, and cloud-based analytics experience.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, Dataiku, Palantir, or C3 AI.

• Knowledge of inventory optimization, forecasting models, and supply chain analytics techniques.

• Experience in large-scale technology, electronics, or hardware organizations.
