The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in high-quality fiberglass window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, attractive product displays.
• Work in a direct-to-consumer model that simplifies the replacement process for homeowners.

What You'll Need

• A natural ability to start conversations, build trust, and connect with diverse individuals.
• Confidence in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
• A genuine enjoyment of helping customers and making a great impression.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation for travel to various event locations.
