The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Drive sales by interacting with shoppers and initiating conversations.
• Convert interest into consultations, creating a smooth sales handoff.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various event locations.
• A naturally outgoing and conversational demeanor, comfortable approaching new people.
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejection, viewing it as part of the sales process.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to set up and manage display materials, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during events.
