The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members nationwide.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing your own workload.
• Adapt to new challenges and customer needs daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience in light vehicle maintenance.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving on the roadside.
