Technical Program Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager in Austin, TX.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Owning strategic planning to achieve business objectives and define product vision, experimentation roadmap, and comprehensive KPIs to measure impact and progress
• Working closely with software managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders across different teams to develop business and product requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap; Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Organizing customer research and studies to inform new tech investments and product experience designs
• Establish effective and data-driven mechanisms to convey product and CX gaps and opportunities
• Work closely with technical teams to understand root causes of customer pain points and drive the right solutions to exceed customer expectations
• Pilot experiences; Collect and report on data; Iterate on the path towards full scale roll-out. Globalize proven features

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience working effectively across different groups in the organization
• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication

Preferred qualifications:

• Usage of generative AI tools to enhance product development lifecycle
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
