Senior SAP Basis Consultant (SAP GRC Experience)

Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Basis administration.
• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP GRC Access Control implementation.
• Experience supporting on-premise SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP ECC, SRM, BI/BW, and SAP GRC systems.
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control (10.1 or 12.0).
• Set up GRC connectors with ECC, SRM, and BI/BW.
• Manage transports, system copies, client copies, and refreshes.
• Configure RFCs, SSL, SNC, SSO, and SAProuter.
• Monitor system performance, jobs, and overall system health.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, production deployments, and go-live activities.
• Work with SAP Security teams on role provisioning and GRC integration.
• Troubleshoot GRC connectivity, provisioning, and synchronization issues.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP Basis administration experience.
• SAP NetWeaver ABAP.
• SAP ECC, SRM, BI/BW.
• SAP GRC Access Control (10.1 or 12.0).
• SAP tools: STMS, CTS, SPAM, SAINT, SUM, SWPM.
• Kernel upgrades and Support Package implementation.
• Knowledge of HANA and Oracle databases.
• Linux, Windows, or Unix administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP GRC implementations.
• Experience in large enterprise on-premise SAP environments.
• SAP Basis certification preferred.
• SAP GRC certification is a plus.
