Job Description

Informatica Data Management Architect

Location - Dallas, TX

MDM Integration Data Governance Data QualityAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Informatica specialist to join our Data Foundation practice full-time. You'll design and deliver Master Data Management, integration, governance, and data quality solutions for enterprise clients, often working alongside our MuleSoft and Salesforce teams on joint delivery engagements. This is a client-facing role: you'll spend real time in front of customers and Informatica/Salesforce partner reps, so strong communication is as important as technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / P360) solutions, including golden record, match & merge, and survivorship rules
  • Build and manage data integration pipelines (batch + real-time) using IDMC / Cloud Data Integration
  • Implement data governance and cataloging using Informatica CD(Cloud Data Governance & Catalog)
  • Define and apply data quality rules standardization, validation, deduplication, cleansing
  • Partner with MuleSoft and Salesforce teams to deliver joint integration + MDM solutions for clients
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable data architecture
  • Present findings, designs, and progress directly to client stakeholders and Informatica/Salesforce partner contacts
  • Support pre-sales activities: solution scoping, POCs, and technical demos as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / P360 / legacy MDM)
  • Strong experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (IDMC) and/or PowerCenter
  • Working knowledge of Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) and data quality rule design
  • Familiarity with API-led integration concepts; MuleSoft experience a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable presenting to clients and partners, not just writing code
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet delivery timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Informatica certifications (CDI, MDM, or CDGC)
  • Experience in CBS, Retail, FINS, or HLS verticals
  • Prior consulting or professional services background
