ServiceNow Enterprise Architect / ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Application Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Module and CSDM.
• Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Demand Management.
• Experience designing and managing Demand Intake Processes, Workflows, and Demand Lifecycles.
• Business Application, Business Capability, Service Instance, and Service Modeling expertise.
• Experience with Architecture Review Boards (ART), technical governance, and review processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ServiceNow Configuration, Dashboards, Reporting, and Decision Tracking.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder facilitation, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting UAT, process improvement, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow SPM, APM, and Enterprise Architecture certifications.
• CSDM implementation and governance experience.
• Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Demand Management configuration and automation.
