RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Full Stack Developer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This engagement focuses on retiring our remaining legacy dependencies, completing platform stability and observability improvements, and advancing a broader cloud modernization effort. The work spans backend service rewrites, cloud migrations (Google Cloud Platform), and reliability/observability tooling, but also will require a full rewrite to the latest version of Vue.js on the UI.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4+ years of front end software engineering experience in an enterprise environment
  • Expert on the fronted with javascript and specifically Vue. JS
  • Experience with Java/springboot backend
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate closely as part of a paired associate-anchor + contractor working model
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools - specifically Claude and/or GitHub Copilot - to accelerate day-to-day development
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
