Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, plugin development, system integrations, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript functions, and business rules to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, tables, and business process flows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate and develop custom solutions using Power Apps.
• Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, data models, and security settings.
• Develop custom APIs, connectors, and integration components as required.
• Implement security roles, business units, field-level security, and access controls.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution deployment.
• Manage solution packaging, environment configuration, and deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, and other development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM customization.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows.
• Experience with solution management, environment configuration, and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Knowledge of Power Platform development, including custom connectors and reusable components.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or other integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
