Job Description

Domestic Gas Service &amp; Repair Engineer – £42,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE<br />Example Recruitment Group have an amazing opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading property services &amp; facilities maintenance companies, covering the RM/IG areas.<br />What’s on offer:<br /> £42k - 45k basic + very high earning potential (overtime &amp; call-outs)<br /> Call-out rota: 1 in 4 (day-by-day, Social Housing)<br />– £50 complete / £40 incomplete jobs<br /> Company van + fuel card<br /> 23 days holiday + bank hols + birthday off (rising with service)<br /> Training, career progression &amp; wellness packages<br />The role:

  • Servicing &amp; breakdowns in domestic housing association properties
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, boiler &amp; heating system repairs
  • All appointments pre-booked – no cold calling!<br />Requirements:
  • ACS: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT
  • Unvented (desirable)
  • Strong breakdown &amp; repair experience
