The Role

  • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings Monday through Thursday, adhering to a structured schedule.
  • Educate potential clients on how company products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
  • Pursue opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles through internal promotion.

What You'll Need

  • A strong desire to control and maximize personal income based on performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • A self-starting attitude and a willingness to be coached and follow a proven system.
  • Comfort and willingness to travel within an assigned territory from Monday to Thursday.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
