The Role • Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system replacement needs during scheduled appointments. • Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing. • Access HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements, mechanical areas). • Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements. • Present financing options and system solutions during consultations. • Close sales in a one-call close environment. What You'll Need • Prior in-home sales experience strongly preferred. • One-call close experience is highly desirable. • Sales aptitude; HVAC knowledge is helpful as training is provided. • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Physical ability to access attics and crawlspaces as needed for inspections.
