We're hiring on behalf of a highly reputable home services provider, a leader in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience. This organization is dedicated to delivering trusted home comfort solutions nationwide and is seeking motivated individuals to join their sales team.

The Role

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system replacement needs during scheduled appointments.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing.
• Access HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements, mechanical areas).
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment.

What You'll Need

• Prior in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• One-call close experience is highly desirable.
• Sales aptitude; HVAC knowledge is helpful as training is provided.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to access attics and crawlspaces as needed for inspections.
