Senior Technical Product Manager, Health Plan Technology & Delivery

• 5+ years of technical product management, technology program management, application delivery, business systems, or similar experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare/payer technology experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and technology.
• Experience with HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, or comparable payer platforms strongly preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience translating complex business processes into technical requirements and solutions.
• Experience managing product backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, and releases.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, integration, data, QA, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or comparable Product certification.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable program/delivery certification.
• HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer and/or GuidingCare implementation or enhancement experience.
