About the role
Demand for connectors and open-source AI agent skills is growing faster than we can handle it. You’ll run the pipeline that turns requests and community trends into shipped integrations, and keep the marketplace catalog clean and consistent.
What you’ll do
- Triage, score, and route connector requests weekly in Linear, making sure each one gets a decision and a reply.
- Spot trending agent skills on X and GitHub, clear licensing and attribution, then package, test, and launch them.
- Own listing standards and keep the marketplace catalog consistent.
- Send weekly status updates to the Product Lead and escalate partnership opportunities.
What you bring
- Strong program management habits: organized, self-directed, and clear in your updates.
- Deep familiarity with the AI-builder community on X and GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with MCP, SKILL.md, plugins, Markdown, and Git.
- Sharp product copywriting and sound business judgment.
- Nice to have: a TPM, DevRel, or Product Ops background, plus basic Python/JS.
