Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr Program Manager to lead complex technology modernization initiatives within the Auto Finance domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large, multi-year programs and working directly with senior business and technology leadership.

•          Proven experience delivering multi-year modernization programs.

•          Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct and manage senior leadership meetings.

•          Experience managing multiple technology projects from initiation through deployment and production stabilization.

•          Strong project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and delivery governance experience.

•          Experience managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and project financials.

•          Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, PMO, architecture, and vendor teams.

•          Experience with project governance, risk management, executive reporting, and steering committee updates.

Good-to-Have

•          Auto Finance domain experience.

•          Dealer Financial Systems (DFS) experience.

•          Compliance, SOX, Audit, and Risk Management experience.

•          Vendor and third-party system integration experience
