Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage recruiting from job postings and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and hiring coordination. Build talent pipelines and community partnerships, coordinate recruiting events and onboarding, and support apprenticeship and workforce development programs while tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, sourcing, applicant screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and hiring documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and evaluate candidates.
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build relationships with schools and workforce organizations; coordinate career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation, onboarding, training schedules, and follow-up.
• Support apprenticeship and employee training programs and track recruiting and training metrics.
