Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD OTC Consultant to support SAP SD configuration, implementation, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end OTC experience and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end SAP SD/OTC processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Shipping, PGI, Billing, Returns, and Intercompany Sales.
Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures, copy controls, output, and partner determination.
Work on SAP SD integration with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
Prepare functional specifications for ABAP, interfaces, IDocs, and EDI.
Support testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
Identify process improvements and support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

5 10 years of SAP SD experience with strong OTC expertise.
Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
Strong knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, and billing.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Knowledge of IDocs/EDI, FI/MM integration, and ABAP functional specifications.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
