Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and Python.


• Automate backlog regression test cases to improve regression efficiency and reduce manual effort.


• Design reusable automation components and libraries.


• Execute automated and manual test cases during sprint and release cycles.


• Analyze execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.


• Log, track, and validate defects through resolution.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• UFT (Unified Functional Testing)


• Functional Testing

Preferred Skills

• Selenium with Python


• Workflow-driven Applications Testing

Experience Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.


• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UFT Automation.


• Strong programming experience in Python.


• Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.


• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent. UFT certification preferred.

Success Criteria

• Independently automate regression test cases using UFT and Python.


• Achieve automation coverage targets within project timelines.


• Reduce manual regression effort through reusable automation components.


• Deliver high-quality automation scripts with minimal maintenance effort.
