Job Description Core (Skills and Experience Vendor and Stakeholder Management)

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, andbusiness stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.

Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills

Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architectureartefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.

Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including ArchitectureDesign Review Forum (ADRF), Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).

Compliance and Assurance Support

Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and complianceactivities, including:

Cyber Security Assessments

Records Management Assessments

Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)

Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.

Agile Delivery Methodologies

Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery frameworks,including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative development practices.

Software Development and Solution Architecture

Broad understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and softwarearchitecture principles.

Experience designing, delivering, and governing website and mobile applicationsolutions(React Native front end and API middleware).
